We read every message and usually reply within 2 to 3 working days.
What to include
- Your player name and Friend Code (you can find them in the game's profile screen).
- The device and browser you play on, for example "Android phone, Chrome".
- What happened, and a screenshot if you can.
Please never send us your password. We will never ask for it.
Your data
To see, change or delete your data, read the Privacy Policy and Delete my data. You can delete your account yourself in the game: Settings, Account, "Delete my account".
