The short version

Rope Rush is a free game. Play fair, be kind to the people you play with, and enjoy it. By playing the game you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Who makes the game

Rope Rush: Multiplayer Game is developed and run by Md. Wali Khan (Grow Station), India. You can reach us through our website, growstation.in.

Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may play only with the permission of your parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms for you.

Your account

You can play as a guest or log in with Facebook, Google or email. A guest account that was never logged in can be lost if the game's data is cleared, so log in to keep your progress safe.
One account per person. Do not create extra accounts to collect invite rewards, streak rewards, tournament prizes or other bonuses more than once.
Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Coins, items and premium time

Coins, items, characters and premium time are parts of the game. You earn them by playing, from rewards and from events.
They have no money value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, traded, or moved to another person or account.
Coin matches (where each player puts in the same number of game coins and the winner receives them) use game coins only. This is not betting: game coins cannot be bought with money and have no value outside the game.
We may change how many coins things give or cost, and what items do, to keep the game fair and fun.

Rewarded ads and 24 hour premium features

Some rewards can be unlocked by watching a rewarded ad. Watching is always your choice and the reward is shown before you watch. If you skip or close an ad early, the reward may not be given.
Watching three rewarded ads unlocks premium features (such as premium characters and items) for 24 hours. This does not make the game ad-free. Only a paid Premium removes ads.
The number of ads needed and the length of the reward are shown in the game and may change.

Daily login streak

Logging in on days in a row builds a streak, with bigger rewards on later days (for example coins, items, or short premium passes, including 1, 3 or 7 day full premium passes). Missing a day may reset the streak. Rewards for each day are shown in the game and may change.

Invite rewards

You can earn rewards when friends you invite join and play (for example at 1, 3, 5 and 10 friends). An invite counts only when a real new player joins on a new device and completes the steps shown in the game. Invites from your own extra accounts or devices, or from fake or automated accounts, do not count, and rewards collected this way will be removed.

Tournaments

Free to enter. No purchase, payment or entry fee is needed to take part or to win, and coins or items bought with money can never be used to enter.
No real money prizes. Prizes are in-game coins, items and premium days only. They have no money value and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything outside the game.
When. The weekly tournament runs from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 India time (IST). We may also run special tournaments (for example a season or a festival event) with the dates shown in the game.
Points and ranks. You earn points by finishing levels and playing matches, as shown in the game. There is a daily points limit. Ranks are decided by points on the leaderboard when the tournament ends.
Prizes are given automatically in the game after the tournament ends. Results that look impossible may be put on hold while we check them.
Cheating (hacking, changed saved data, bots, using several accounts, or working with others to share points) leads to removal from the leaderboard, loss of prizes, and may lead to a ban.
We may change, pause or cancel a tournament or its prizes, for example to fix a problem or to keep it fair. A change does not take away a prize already given fairly.

Player names and fair play

Choose a player name that is not offensive, hateful, sexual, rude, or pretending to be someone else, and does not include phone numbers, links or other personal details.
Do not cheat, hack, or change the game or its saved data to get coins, points or progress you did not earn.
Be respectful to other players. Do not use the game to harm, bother or trick other people.
You can report a player or block them in the game.

Moderation and bans

To keep the game safe and fair, we may change or remove a player name, remove unfair coins, rewards or tournament results, reset progress gained by cheating, or block (ban) an account for a time or for good. Where we can, the game will tell you that your account is on hold and why. If you think we made a mistake, contact us.

The game shows ads to stay free, for example a short ad between levels (never in the middle of a match) or a video you can choose to watch for a reward. Ads are provided by Google (AdSense on the website, AdMob in the app) under their own terms and privacy policies. Please do not click ads on purpose to earn money for anyone; that is not allowed by the ad providers.

Purchases

Today there is nothing to buy. If we add optional purchases in the Android app (for example Premium without ads), they will be made through Google Play, and Google Play's own terms and refund rules will apply. Prices and what you get will be shown before you buy.

Provided as it is

We work hard to make the game fun and working well, but it is provided "as is". We cannot promise it will always be available, free of bugs, or that saved progress can never be lost. To the extent the law allows, Grow Station is not responsible for losses caused by using or not being able to use the game.

Ending your use

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time (see Delete my data). We may stop offering the game or a feature, with notice in the game where possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. This does not take away any rights you have under the laws of your own country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the game changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
